Geothermal Units Are Sold Separately
The kits shown below do not include the GeoCool Heat Pump Units. Pick the size of your Geothermal Unit you need. This kit can be used with a single or a 2 stage. Then match the size of your unit to the required kit shown below. The kits may be purchased without a unit.
FIRST - Consider the units options or add-ons if purchased and the units placement.
SECOND - Consider your loop design. Kits listed below are standard components required.
Extra pipe may be needed to travel the distance to and from your loop. If a de-super heater was added, a small recirculation pump will be needed and the pipe traveling to and from your hot water tank. If you are looking to use the dehumidification and wanting to do program functions, we recommend the 755H Thermostat. Kits are designed using resources you have available.
The 1.5 to 2 Ton Horizontal Ground Loop Geothermal Installation Kit contains virtually everything you need to get a 1.5 or 2 ton geothermal heat pump installed in your home. This Ingram's-only geothermal installation kit includes high density polyethylene piping, circuit insulated headers, propylene glycol, hose kit with male pipe thread to barb 90 degree elbow fittings, and the Geo-Pulse Non-Pressurized Flow Center.
So, whether you are planning to do the geothermal installation yourself or hiring a professional geothermal installer, this is the kit you need to pair with your ground-source geothermal heat pump.
And if there is something you need that we don't have in this geothermal installation kit, let us know! We can always make additions to customize your particular geothermal installation needs. For example, some homeowners in northern climates may need additional lengths of polyethylene piping. The cold winters in places like Wisconsin and Minnesota are better served by using more piping than southern climates.
