The LORENTZ PS1800 swimming pool pump is a high quality product designed for use in large residential or commercial swimming pools and spas. In most pool applications all of the filtration needs can be met directly from solar panels meaning no electricity costs and significant benefits to the environment. The PS1800 can move up to 36 cubic metres of water per hour. In a typical setup, 5 x 60 cell solar panels (e.g. Trina HoneyModule) are required to use the PS1800 to its full potential.



The LORENTZ PS pump series uses a DC brushless motor for high efficiency and reliability; it is connected to a solar generator via a controller. The controller monitors the system, controls the pump speed and optimises the amount of water pumped based on the power available.
