One of the secrets to success is the use of heterojunction technology (HJT). HJT outperforms industry-standard PERC cells because it combines the advantages of crystalline and thin-film silicon.

Half-cut cell technology adds a few more percent to the overall performance, making this model a great example of efficiency. Panasonic made solar cells in EVP132GL two times smaller than the standard size, thus reducing power loss and improving low-light behavior. Not surprisingly, the efficiency of this module is quite high – 21.6%. Panasonic provides 25 years of product warranty and guarantees that after 25 years, performance will be at 92% or more.

EVP132GL is resistant to PID, salt, acid and ammonia. It can also withstand up to 7000 Pa mechanical load on the front and 4000 Pa on the back. Such robustness is mainly due to the 1.2" thick anodized aluminum frame and a layer of protective glass.
