IronRidge Ground Mount Racking for 3″ pipe
IronRidge Ground Mount combines the strength of XR1000 rails with locally-sourced steel pipes or mechanical tubing to create a cost-effective structure capable of handling any site of terrain challenge.
Installation is simple with only a few structural components and no drilling, welding, or heavy machinery required. The System works with a variety of foundation options, including concrete piers and driven piles, and can support up to 5 modules per column.
- XR1000 Rail: The strongest rail in the industry makes it simple and secure to assemble columns of three to five modules.
- Caps & Connectors: Top Caps and Rail Connectors are the only components needed to attach XR Rails to cross-pipes and vertical piers.
- Bring Your Own Pipes & Concrete: Locally-sourced 2” or 3” schedule 40 pipe allows you to save on freight, while still spanning as long as 18’ between vertical piers.
- Required pipe: 3” ASTM A53 Grade B Schedule 40 Pipe, galvanized to a min of ASTM A653 G90 or ASTM A123 G35, or 3” Allied Mechanical Tubing with Gatorshield or FlowCoat Zinc coating (ASTM A1057).
The durable IronRidge Ground Mount is scalable to 5 rows high using standard Schedule 40 pipe.
